Hoses
If your setup includes a chiller, connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the corresponding ports on the ice bath and chiller, following the supplied instructions. Check that all connections are secure and that the hoses are free from kinks, twists, or obstructions. Ensure the water flow direction is correct before starting the system.
Water Connections
Before filling your ARSA Ice Bath, check that all hose connections and fittings are properly secured. Ensure that the drainage outlet is closed and that the bath is positioned correctly. Use clean water and follow the manufacturer's recommended water level. If a chiller is connected, make sure the required water circulation system is correctly connected before powering on the equipment.
Drainage
Position your ARSA Ice Bath where drained water can be safely directed to a suitable drainage point. Before draining, switch off and disconnect the chiller from the power supply, following the manufacturer's instructions. Open the drainage valve or outlet carefully and allow the water to drain completely. Avoid discharging water where it could cause flooding, property damage, or slippery surfaces.
First Fill
Close the drainage outlet securely before adding clean water. Fill the bath to the recommended level specified in the product instructions. Inspect the bath, drain, and hose connections for leaks. If a chiller is included, confirm that its water circulation system is filled and ready for operation according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not run the chiller without the required water flow.
Startup
Once the bath is filled and all connections have been checked, follow the manufacturer's startup instructions. If using a chiller, verify that water is circulating correctly before switching on the cooling function. Set your desired water temperature using the available controls, if applicable, and allow the water to reach the selected temperature before use. Always check the water temperature before entering the bath.
Troubleshooting
For your safety, never open electrical components or attempt repairs while the unit is connected to power. If the problem persists, contact the ARSA team for assistance.
